Viscosities of polyethylene melts measured by in-line and lab viscometers.

Viscosities of three different polyethylene resins plotted versus shear rate. The open figures represent the measurements from the low shear rate cam and the filled figures represent the measurement from the high shear rate cam. For each resin there are three data points at different shear rates for each cam, representing tests at three different rotational speeds. The lines through the points represent the laboratory rheometer results.
